Team
Our team has 9 years of experience in scientific research, machine learning, software engineering, physics and mathematics, with international achievements in all of these domains. We have three accomplished founders on board working full-time in Kraków and Warsaw — which means that every business challenge of TCR App Mobility is completely covered by our broad expertise.
TCR App Mobility was founded by Arkadiusz — an AI researcher (neural network architect), mathematician and startup entrepreneur with more than 9 years of both scientific and business expertise (gained in 17 countries on 4 continents). Its core team includes Wojciech — a seasoned computer scientist with over 8 years of specialized experience in the design and implementation of deep neural networks and multi-modal probabilistic algorithms, as well as Dominik — an award-winning software engineer with over 6 years of experience in developing consumer-grade mobile solutions deployed across high-impact industries.
Together we have developed three science-backed technological ventures, showcased them in major global innovation hubs and built international recognition. We have been collaborating for more than 11 years, introducing our advanced solutions to researchers, executives and entrepreneurs in 12 countries. We have launched a different technological startup at MWC Barcelona and brought it to prominent investors at GITEX Dubai.
With all the necessary competencies in place, our team is well-positioned to accomplish our business objectives. We collaborate with mentors, advisors and consultants from leading startup-related organizations (both in Poland and abroad).
